- Take turns drawing a dare card
- Do the dare and you get a bonus card and sobriety points
- Refuse and you lose points
- Draw the bear card and everyone dives under the table; the last one down takes a penalty
- Play an agreed number of rounds
- The player with the most sobriety points wins
